It all starts twenty-five years ago when my parents were foster parents for many babies and small children. Having parents that give out foster care made a good positive caring start to my life.

At the age of fifteen I was fundamental in the bringing up of my sisters twin babies. They were born into and lived in the family home for two and a half years. This laid out the path of my future vocation to look after children. I enjoyed watching the twins grow and taking responsibility for them daily. As the time passed through every stage of development there were questions that needed to be answered, this lead me into a childcare course. Then as a qualified nanny I went on to enjoy working with many families, Companies aboard, and nurseries. Through this a quality that the agency offers is to understand the anxiety of parenthood and knowing how important it is for each individual family to get the right carer for them.

The agency soon expanded into other services such as Housekeeping, Mothers-help, mobile crèche, babysitting, supply listing to nurseries. This has led to huge financial leaps in the accounts for the agency and I soon found that I needed to hire Louise Reid who has different qualities to myself to provide all round high quality and professional service. I chose to take on Louise, full time who has high achievements within Business Management and has worked for several years with well know big companies in the York area.

My father owns an established and successful construction business that has inspired me as a child and subsequently gave a good grounding for running a business of my own. My intention as a qualified and experienced carer was to extend that reach to you, as a family, to achieve what we both want, which is to create a successful, safe and secure way of caring for the most important people you will ever love.
