What happens once you have registered?

Once you have phoned or sent back the attached form, we will start the process of searching for the right nanny to suit your needs.  We also offer a consultation meeting (Optional) so that Caroline Lee can come to see you and your family in your home setting. This will enable us to get an accurate feel for what your families requirements are. This is because every family has very different needs.  This would also give you the opportunity to meet the face of the agency. Please note this is a separate cost of £25 and will be taken off your final bill if a nanny is placed through Caroline Lee Nanny Agency.

Suitable CV’s and Nanny summaries will be sent to you either through email or by post and a follow up call will be made to gain feedback.

Caroline Lee Nanny agency will then contact any prospective Nanny to forward details in which the Nanny will call the client to arrange an interview.

After each interview we will make a follow up call to you and the prospective nanny.

Please note that we are a placement agency for permanent nannies and we charge a one off placement fee once a job offer has been made.

Guideline on nanny salaries.

These are hourly rates starting from: Full-time daily £5.50 per hour minimum, gross. Full-time live-in £5.00 per hour minimum, gross.

Our nannies hourly wage is £5.50-£12 gross. The weekly wage varies on experience, this is from £200 gross.
